PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a placing method for tunnel lining concrete, which enables the lining concrete to be efficiently placed by sufficiently compacting the concrete supplied by a mechanical means, without the need for many hands or much labor. SOLUTION: In this method for placing the tunnel lining concrete 11 by using a tunnel lining form 10, a plurality of slit parts 15, which are elongated in the axial direction X of a tunnel, are provided in the form 10; a plurality of diaphragms 16 are arranged protrusibly in such a manner as to be capable of advancing/receding toward/from a lining space 17 between an outer peripheral surface 10a of the form 10 and a lining surface 42 on the inner periphery of the tunnel 12 from the inside of the form 10 via the slit parts 15; and the concrete 14, which is supplied into the lining space 17, is compacted by vibrating the diaphragms 16 which are protruded into the lining space 17.
