PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for economically preparing an aqueous solution of copper sulfate by collecting electrically charged electrons formed when preparing the aqueous solution of copper sulfate. SOLUTION: The preparation method comprises the steps of: preparing a chemical cell formed of a negative electrode made from copper, a positive electrode made from a mixture carbon material of graphite, amorphous carbon and clay, and an electrolyte of sulfuric acid; collecting the negatively charged electrons simultaneously formed when copper dissolves in sulfuric acid and is converted into copper ion; and using the electrons as an electric power. The preparation method also comprises arranging a graphite powder or a carbon fiber in the vicinity of the surface of the negative electrode of copper to form a micro-battery and promote the dissolution of copper.
