PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a viscous cosmetic product prepared by stowing a viscous cosmetic prepared from a formulation containing a dihydric alcohol such as dipropylene glycol as a preservative and preventing secondary contamination with microbes into a content return type extrusion container topped with an application part which effectively uses a viscous cosmetic and avoids contamination. SOLUTION: Provided is a viscous cosmetic product made by stowing a viscous cosmetic prepared from a formulation containing a dihydric alcohol such as dipropylene glycol, preferably in a content of 0.1 wt.% or more, and made proof against secondary contamination with microbes into a content return type extrusion container forming a cylindrical hold part, providing an application part on the top of the container, and providing in the hold part an inner pan which, when a rotary body positioned in part of the container is rotated in one direction, pushes the viscous cosmetic stowed into the hold part to extrude the viscous cosmetic outwardly from the distribution ports on the application part and which, when the rotary body is rotated in the reverse direction, returns the extra viscous cosmetic on the application part from the distribution ports of the application part to the hold part.
