PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hand tool device for avoiding wiring damage in a device including a grip housing with a motor switch by taking measures against vibration of a main housing. SOLUTION: This hand tool device 2 includes: the main housing 10 storing a driving motor 12; and the grip housing 6 held to move within a range limited to at least one space direction H, and having the motor switch 16 electrically connected to the driving motor 12 by wiring 14, wherein the wiring 14 is provided with a foamed protective cover 38. Preferably the wiring 14 includes at least two strands 28 disposed parallel to each other, especially at a space from each other, and the protective cover 38 is provdied with at least one expandable bent part 44.
