PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting device, including a blade body attached to a blade body mounting surface of the circular peripheral part, capable of simply and accurately adjusting the radial direction position and the rotational center direction position of a holding tool for the blade body. SOLUTION: The arrangement with this cutting device includes a blade body 2, attached to the blade body mounting surface 11 of the circular peripheral part, in such a way as to be movable toward the rotation center O of the blade body holding tool 1, a first slope 21 formed on one of the blade body 2 and its mounting surface 11, and an adjuster 3, having a second slope 31 contacting with the first slope 21 and arranged between the blade body 2 and the mounting surface 11, in such a way as to be movable toward the rotation center O, whereby the radial direction position and the rotation center direction position of the blade body holder 1 are made adjustable, by turning a first 4 and a second bolt 5 which make the adjuster 3 and the blade body 2 move.
