The invention relates to a microsystem (1) for separating non-mixable with each other fluids (5, 6) contained in a mixture. The inventive microstructure comprises at least a sensory means (2) for inspecting at least one mixture area (7) and for detecting the presence of at least one of said fluids in said area. Said microsystem also comprises at least one control means (3) for opening and closing a passage (25) and at least one control means (26) for opening and closing said passage according to the nature of the fluid detected in the inspectable area by the sensor means in such a way that the fluid whose presence is detected drains or not drains though said passage. The inventive sensory device comprises a plurality of sensors (2a, ..., 2n) which are arranged substantially around the control means.
