<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting bracket which has high retentivity in mounting to the connection box mounting piece of an electric connection box and can fix the electric connection box stably to a car body. <P>SOLUTION: The mounting piece 11 is caught with a pair of catches 31b provided at a connection box mount 31. A mounting hole 11a provided at the mounting piece 11 and a bracket mounting hole 31b1 provided at each of the pair of catches 31b are aligned and a weld bolt B1 is inserted into this mounting hole thereby fixing the mounting piece 11 to the connection box mount 31.
