<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new technique for processing a soybean broth that is presently discarded as a waste into a raw material for food or a feed for domestic animals so as to establish a food recycle and to decrease the burden on the environment. <P>SOLUTION: In order to process the soybean broth, a concentration apparatus (1) equipped with a heated circular cylinder (3) and a plurality of rotary blades (11) that rotate along the inner wall of the cylinder is employed. In advance, dextrin acting as a nucleus for solidification is added to the soybean-boiled soup generated in food manufacturing. Then, the soybean broth is charged into the heated cylinder (3) and allowed to flow down as the blades (11) are rotated at a high speed so as to be thinly flattened. The soybean broth thin film is dried and solidified while it flows down on the heated inner wall face of the heated cylinder (3) and scraped down by the front edge of the highly rotating blades (11) and fall down in the powdery form.
