<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for separating a boiled egg into yolk and albumen, by which the shell-removed boiled eggs can be efficiently and massively separated to the yolk and the albumen without breaking the yolk. <P>SOLUTION: This method for separating the boiled egg into the yolk and the albumen comprises impact-treating the boiled egg whose yolk is frozen and whose albumen is frozen or semi-frozen, thus breaking or crushing the albumen to peel the albumen from the yolk, and then separating the yolk from the albumen. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
