<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing menthol-containing noodles comprising homogeneously adding a small amount of menthol when adding the menthol to noodles. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing menthol-containing noodles comprises addition of the menthol in a hydration process and/or a kneading process. The menthol is melted with ethanol or hot water or oil at ≥45°C to be added.
