<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a maintenance contract system for performing the maintenance contract of content and charge intended by a maintenance contractor by selecting and changing the necessity or frequency of various inspection and check in the case of maintenance which is relatively easily understandable without requiring much technical knowledge. <P>SOLUTION: In this maintenance contract system for executing a maintenance contract procedure from network terminals 3 and T1 through communication networks 2 and 8 to a maintenance contract center 1, a maintenance contract center presents a contract recommendation model obtained by totaling various inspections executed in the case of maintenance and their execution frequency and maintenance charge following the execution frequency through a communication network to a network terminal, and changes the contract recommendation model by recalculating the maintenance charge according to the input of the change of the necessity and execution frequency of every inspection of the contract recommendation model from the network terminal for concluding a maintenance contract. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
