PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless network device and a resource allocation method therefor.

SOLUTION: The device includes: a resource calculating part for calculating resources necessary for transmitting a predetermined packet when a transmission rate of a predetermined network varies; a comparing part for comparing the calculated resources and resources allocated by an access point of the network; and a control part for determining whether or not to request additional resources to the access point according to the result of the comparison. Thereby it is possible to maintain QoS dynamically corresponding to a packet transmission rate and use network resources efficiently.
