PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack capable of constituting a compact control part that controls a battery group and saves space. SOLUTION: This battery pack is provided with the battery group, the control part 3 that controls the battery group and a case 4. The control part 3 is provided with a plurality of control devices 5-8 and a mounting member 18 that fixes the control devices 5-8 in the case 4, and the height of each mounting part 19-22 that fix each control device 5-8 of the mounting member 18 is set so that at least the height positions of the maximum width parts of the adjacent control devices 5-8 differ.
