PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a unit cell with a temperature sensing element capable of accurately sensing temperature within the unit cell, to provide a battery pack using this, to provide a battery system capable of appropriately controlling the operation of the battery system by accurately sensing the temperature within the unit cell, and to provide the manufacturing method of the unit cell with the temperature sensing element capable of accurately sensing the temperature within the unit cell. SOLUTION: The unit cell with the temperature sensing element 100 is equipped with an electrode body 150 and a battery case 110 comprising a laminate film, formed by superimposing turned up laminate films, heat-bonding doubled inside resin films 111 in the peripheral part 115, and sealing the electrode body 150 on the inside. The temperature sensing element 160 outputting a signal corresponding to the temperature of a thermistor 16 is interposed between doubled inside resin films 111 in the peripheral part 115 and held in the battery case 110.
