PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extract energy that is larger than the added energy, by extracting the semipermanent energy possessed by a permanent magnet, in a usable form. SOLUTION: By utilizing, as magnetic ground for a permanent magnet, a substance with high magnetic permeability and is less likely to be magnetized, such as a soft ferromagnetic material or the like, to create on/off state of a switch, through "repulsion between magnetic poles with the same polarity", thereby the semipermanent energy possessed by a permanent magnet is extracted in a usable form.
