PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To electrically connect a cylindrical member where a cable is inserted without securing a screwing space and the ground of a circuit board. SOLUTION: The mobile electronic device includes the cylindrical member which penetrates through a first and a second hole successively and rotatably supports a first case and a second case in an openable/closable manner, a cable which is inserted through the cylindrical member to connect the circuit board and electronic parts together, and a conduction unit 21 which is equipped with a joint 22 electrically connected to the reference potential line of the circuit board. The conduction unit 21 includes an insertion unit 23 which has at least a conductive surface and is extended from the joint 22 and inserted into the first hole, the cylindrical member is inserted into the first hole together with the insertion unit 23 to pinch and fix the insertion unit 23 between the cylindrical member itself and the inner wall surface of the first hole, and the cylindrical member is kept in a conducting state with the insertion unit 23.
