PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assure the safety of an operator and the safety of the display panel on the transport of a cassette which carries a display panel. SOLUTION: An inspection system includes a conveyer part transferring the cassette on which the display panel is mounted, inspection equipment arranged at both sides of the conveyer part which performs the inspection of the display panel in response to offer the display panel from the cassette, a supply member which separates the cassette from the conveyer so as to supply the cassette to the inspection equipment, the supply member includes a table which supports the cassette mounted on the conveyer, a rise and fall member which makes it go up and down the table so that the cassette may be lifted from the conveyer.
