PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-diffusing resin composition wherein light-diffusing characteristic, luminance, resistance to initial coloration and light fastness are improved, by compounding a light-diffusing agent and a specific ultraviolet absorber with polycaprolactone and another transparent thermoplastic resin, and a light diffusion plate made of the same. SOLUTION: The thermoplastic resin composition excellent in light-diffusing characteristic comprises 100 pts.wt. resin component comprising 0.1-15 wt.% polycaprolactone (A) and 85-99.9 wt.% another transparent thermoplastic resin (B), 0.1-8 pts.wt. light-diffusing agent (C) and 0.01-0.8 pt.wt. ultraviolet absorber (D).
