PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thickened bleaching agent composition excellent in preservation stability, bleaching property, attaching property and rinsing property. SOLUTION: This bleaching agent composition containing a hypochlorous acid salt, an organic thickening agent and an alkali agent is provided by containing 0.5-4.0 wt.% hypochlorous acid salt, 0.1-10.0 wt.% organic thickening agent and 0.2-5.0 wt.% alkali agent, and further 0.1-10.0 wt.% sulfonic acid compound and its alkali metal salt, and showing 1,000-100,000 mPa s viscosity at 25°C and also 11-14 pH.
