PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To elucidate the physiological characteristics concerning a certain oxophosphorus compound and to thereby develop novel and useful applications of the compound. SOLUTION: The pharmaceutical agent contains as an active ingredient an oxophosphorus compound represented by formula A or formula B (wherein R1is a hydrocarbon group or a substituted hydrocarbon group; R2and R3are each a hydrogen atom, a hydrocarbon group, or a substituted hydrocarbon group; and R4and R5are each a hydroxyl group, an alkyl group, an alkoxyl group, or an aryl group).
