PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper sheet post-handling device having an additionally folding means for moving an additionally folding roller movable in the direction orthogonal to the direction of conveyance of paper sheet to reinforce a fold part and capable of achieving high quality of appearance and energy saving simultaneously and to provide an image forming system provided with this paper sheet post-handling device. SOLUTION: This paper sheet post-handling device for handling the paper sheet delivered from an image forming device PR and folded is provided with a cutting means C for cutting an end part of paper sheet, the additionally folding means 5 positioned on the downstream side of the cutting means C to fold it additionally in the direction orthogonal to the direction of conveyance for a folding part, moving means 19, 20, 21 for moving this additionally folding means 5 in the direction of conveyance of paper sheet, and paper sheet conveyance means 9, 24 moving in synchronization with the moving means 19, 20, 21 to hold/convey the paper sheet.
