PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a maintenance/inspection management system capable of easily performing quick and suitable maintenance/inspection work at respective fields by a maintenance person. SOLUTION: In a monitoring device 18 in a monitoring center 17, the maintenance person 15a specifies the field where the maintenance/inspection work is performed and an inspection item according to specification of an object equipment to be maintained installed at the field is prepared and transmitted to an information transmitter 16a possessed by the maintenance person 15a. Thereby, even if the specification of the object equipment to be maintained is not investigated in advance, the suitable maintenance/inspection work can be easily performed according to the inspection item transmitted to the information transmitter 16a at the field.
