PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the oscillation of an air-blowing unit from being transferred to a vehicle seat side. SOLUTION: In a seat air conditioner for vehicles, the air-blowing unit 13 arranged at a position opposing to a cushion member 27 with respect to seat spring members 28, 280 for blowing air toward a blow out opening 17 of a skin member 16 through air passages 15, 15a inside the cushion member 27 has an air-blowing fan 31, an air-blowing casing 30, and a first bracket 41 connected to the air-blowing casing 30. The air-blowing unit 13 comprises a second bracket 43 arranged between the first bracket 41 and the seat spring members 28, 280 and vibration-proof connecting mechanisms 401-403 for connecting the first bracket 41 and the second bracket 43 through the intervention of a vibration-proof rubber member 44. A natural frequency f of the vibration-proof rubber member 44 is set to be lower than an oscillation frequency e so that the oscillation of the vibration-proof rubber member 44 is damped over an entire are of the oscillation frequency e of the oscillation generated by the air-blowing unit 13.
