PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a two-stage speed change motor of three-brush structure as a power source of a power slide seat without complicating the structure. SOLUTION: As the motor, the two-stage speed change motor 12 of three-brush structure having a pair of low-speed brushes 16a and 16b arranged at positions separated at 180°against each other on both sides of a commutator 14 and single high-speed brush 18 arranged at a position separated at 90°against the pair of low-speed brushes is used. In the low-speed rotation, low-speed normal and reverse rotation of the two-stage speed change motor is switched by switching a supply destination of the current between the pair of low-speed brushes 16a and 16b, and in the high-speed rotation, high-speed normal and reverse rotation of the two-stage speed change motor is switched by selecting one of the pair of low-speed brushes in response to the rotating direction as a counter brush to be paired with the single high-speed brush 18.
