PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens barrel which can be made short at the storage position, and an imaging device. SOLUTION: The lens barrel comprises: a first-group lens driving unit 2 having a first lens holding member 201 where a main guide part 201a and a sub-guide part 201b are arranged; a first plate member 5 having a guide shaft part 5a; barrier members 6 and 7; a barrier driver 8; a rectilinear cylinder 16; a cam cylinder 17; a fixed cylinder 19, etc. A subject-side focus stroke region L1 of a main guide part 201a of the first lens holding member 201 is set to overlap an opening/closing operation plane D of the barrier members 6 and 7 along an optical axis. The main guide part 201a of the first lens holding member 201 is formed integrally with the first lens holding member 201.
