PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a calendar which enables reduction of the burden and cost on the distribution side and effective utilization of paper resources even a little, by making effective use of a cover so that one calendar can be used as monthly calendars and a desk-top holder. SOLUTION: The calendar has a cover paper piece 1 provided with the desk-top holder 10 which is constituted of a back part 12 continuing to a surface part 11 having a window opening 11a through the intermediary of parallel fold lines 16 having a prescribed space between, a connecting part 13 continuing to the back part 12, a support part 14 continuing to the connecting part 14, and a gluing margin part 15 continuing to the surface part 11 through the intermediary of second parallel fold lines 17 having the same space as the parallel fold lines 16 between, on the opposite side to the connecting part 13. The calendar has further a prescribed number of calendar page paper pieces 2 for January to December which are superposed sequentially with the cover paper piece 1 at the top, and a binding fitting 3 which binds the ends of the cover paper piece 1 and the calendar page paper pieces 2 on one side.
