PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical roentgenography system which controls general photographing and fluoroscopic photographing by a single integrated console. SOLUTION: The medical roentgenography system comprises a general photographing equipment 3 having an X-ray generator 3g for general photographing which irradiates a subject to be examined with X rays and an X-ray detector 3d for the general photographing which detects permeated X rays which are irradiated from an X-ray generator 3g for the general photographing and transmitted the subject, a fluoroscopy photographing apparatus 4 having an X-ray generator 4g for perspective photographing which irradiates the subject with the X rays and an X-ray detector 4d for the perspective photographing which detects the transmitted X rays which are irradiated from an X-ray generator 4g for the perspective photographing and transmit the subject, and a single integrated console (means) 1 which performs the establishment of the photographing condition of the general or fluoroscopy photographing by changing and performs displaying of the detection result of the transmitted X rays detected by the X-ray detector 3d for the general photographing and the X-ray detector 4d for the perspective photographing by changing.
