PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive sheet sticking tool and an adhesive sheet sticking method by which an adhesive sheet such as a sealing paper can accurately and quickly be stuck to a projection section which projects from a flat surface even when a worker is an unskilled one. SOLUTION: This sticking tool 2 for the adhesive sheet is equipped with a pair of straight flat surface sections 21b of which the distal end sections are held in a manner to be approachable/separable. At the same time, on the distal end section of the straight flat surface section 21b, a pressing section 21c which presses both end sections 12a of the adhesive sheet 12 to the surface 1a of a main board 1, and a roller 22 which presses the adhesive sheet 12 to a side surface 11b of a CPU 11 are provided.
