<p>A connector (10) for electrical contact (32) is disclosed, which connector (10) comprises a connector housing (12) having an internal cavity (28) for receiving an electrical contact (32), said internal cavity (28) extending 10 longitudinally from a first face (16) of the connector housing (12) and opening at a first opening (30) on said first face (16) for inserting the electrical contact (32), primary locking means (38, 50) for cooperating with corresponding means (58) of the electrical contact (32) 15 and locking the electrical contact (32) in the internal cavity, and secondary locking means (14) insertable in said connector housing (12) for maintaining the cooperation of said primary locking means (38, 50) with said corresponding means (58) of the electrical contact 20 (32) in a loaded condition of the connector (10), wherein said secondary locking means (14) is designed to be inserted in said connector housing (12) transversally to the internal cavity (28) through an opening (62).</p> |
