Process of preparation of aliphatic amines

Aliphatic amines are obtained by continuous addition of ammonia to alkenes in gaseous phase in the presence of a heterogeneous or homogeneous catalyst at a pressure of 2 to 8 MPa. Synthesis system consists of two sections which are mutually interconnected and conditioned and of one dephlegmator, wherein in the first (separative) section equipped with built-in packing for intensification of mutual counterflow contact of liquid and gaseous phases separates amine concentrate from mixture of alkenes and ammonia, unreacted alkenes and ammonia recycle from the dephlegmator of the first section along with fresh starting compounds in gaseous form through a preheater back into second (reactive) section filled with a catalyst where alkene partially reacts with ammonia to form amine, reactive mixture leaving second section cools in the cooling zone and enters the first section, while crude amine concentrate leaves a heated bottom of the first section and is further refined.
