<p>A technique for stably retaining the liquid state of a sample containing a protein during electrophoresis. There is provided electrophoretic chip (1) comprising substrate (2); disposed on surface (3) of the substrate (2), channels (5a-5d) for sample solvent supply, furnished at the upper side thereof with openings (4a-4d); and disposed independently from the channels (5a-5d), liquid storage parts (8a,8b) for evaporation preventive agent adapted to store an evaporation preventive agent for sample solvent, which liquid storage parts (8a,8b) are spatially connected to the openings (4a-4d) of the channels (5a-5d).</p> |
