A front impact absorption structure of a vehicle is provided to increase an impact absorption quantity by embedding a trust member between a front side member and a bumper beam. A front impact absorption structure of a vehicle includes a front side member(10), a bumper beam(12), an impact absorption member(30), and a trust member(40). Front and rear parts of an impact absorption member of a closed cross section between the front side member and the bumper beam are connected to each other by a bolt. The trust member which has the same length with the impact absorption member and a narrower width than an inner width of the closed cross section plane is embedded to the inside of the impact absorption member. The impact absorption member forms a rib of unevenness which is perpendicular to an axis. A vertex point of the trust member is located on a steel part of the rib of the unevenness.
