A health mat for four seasons for being assembled variably is provided to be used as a medical treatment device by connecting an auxiliary usage member to a member installation case formed therein. A cold/hot control device and a circulation piping(5) are installed inside a mat body. A case installation recess is formed on the outer surface of the mat body. A member installation case(6) having an opening/closing cover and a couple of circulation connection valves(62) is mounted on the case installation recess. An auxiliary usage member consisting of any one of a waist pulling band, a fomentation pack, a mat, a bedding or a cushion in which a fluid inducing pipe is installed is connected to the circulation connection valve(62) through piping.
