A bellows structure of a steering system is provided to form a thin film at one end of the bellow structure fastened to an outer periphery of an end of a cylinder to fasten cylinders having different diameters. A bellows structure of a steering system includes a thin film part(310). The thin film has a smaller thickness than the other part of the bellows(230). The thin film part has a wave pattern. When seen from a front view, the thin film part has an upper part having a relatively small width and a lower part having a relatively large width to form a curved line such that the thin film part expands and shrinks. When the bellows is installed in a cylinder having a large diameter, the wave pattern of the thin film part of the bellows expands to lengthen a circumference of the bellows to surround the cylinder. Then, a steel band fastens a fastening part between the bellows and the cylinder.
