<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming system and a program to leave on a server an information showing that a draft output from an image forming apparatus and a data of the draft stored in the image forming apparatus have been canceled. <P>SOLUTION: In the image forming system where the image forming apparatus 30 having a data/log storage means 31 to store an output image data of the draft output from the image forming apparatus 30 and a log information and an image log server apparatus 20 having a draft information storing means 21 to store actual data information or the like related to the output draft and the log information are connected to a client apparatus 2 through a network 1, the image forming apparatus 30 transmits the information related to a cancellation to the image log server apparatus 20 when the output image data stored in the data/log storage means 31 is canceled, and the image log server apparatus 20 receives the information related to the cancellation and stores it by the draft information storing means 21. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
