PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems that a non-virus vector using a dendron lipid has no stability or specific adsorbency though the vector has high effects of transfection into a cell and is useful. SOLUTION: An amino group at the terminal of the dendron lipid is modified with galactose as a ligand to impart functions to be specifically adsorbed on a receptor on the cell surface. The terminal amino group is modified with PEG to reduce the average particle diameter of the vector. Thereby, stability and easiness of utilization are improved. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
