摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a mobile communication system that performs communication at the optimum data transmission rate for suppressing a communication error by estimating an available bandwidth of a moving radio communication terminal in a plurality of different radio communication systems. <P>SOLUTION: A radio control server 30 uses measurement result information which contains acceleration transmitted by a radio communication terminal 10; a radio communication system identifier for identifying a currently used radio communication system, and a currently available bandwidth; and an available bandwidth information table, where an available bandwidth estimation value is registered corresponding to the radio communication system identifier and acceleration information, and estimates the available bandwidth of the radio communication terminal 10 to determine the relevance rate of the currently available bandwidth. When it is determined that the currently available bandwidth is nonconforming, the available bandwidth information containing the estimated available bandwidth (available bandwidth estimation value) is notified to the radio communication terminal 10, and the data transmission rate is changed in the radio communication terminal 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p>
