<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cement composition excellent in the long-term strength and the flowability by effectively utilizing a chlorine by-pass dust. <P>SOLUTION: The cement composition is manufactured by mixing a cement clinker produced at a cement manufacturing plant equipped with a chlorine by-pass apparatus, a chlorine by-pass dust recovered by collecting dust present in an extracted kiln waste gas, gypsum, and limestone. The chlorine by-pass dust contains chlorine, the relationship between the amount of limestone Y mass% and the amount of chloride ion X mass% satisfies 0<Y<-54X+4.5, the total amount of C<SB>3</SB>A and C<SB>4</SB>AF of the clinker is 18-23 mass%, and the mass ratio of C<SB>3</SB>S and C<SB>2</SB>S is 2.0-5.0. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
