PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crusher of foamed polystyrol which is capable of incorporating foamed polystyrol together with a bag without separating foamed polystyrol and a bag and of enhancing the working efficiency, and to provide a volume redcution solidification apparatus of foamed polystyrol equipped with the crusher of foamed polystyrol. SOLUTION: The crusher of foamed polystyrol is provided with a first cutting part 8 and a second cutting part 9 arranged in the opposite place so that it is adjoined with the first cutting part 8. The first cutting part 8 and the second cutting part 9 are installed so that each rotates reversely. The first cutting part 8 is provided with a first blade 31 equipped with the edge 33 of the blade so that it is directed to the rotation direction of the first cutting part 8. The second cutting part is provided with a second blade 37 equipped with the edge 39 of the blade so that it is directed reversely to the rotation direction of the second cutting part 9.
