PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a block for easily constructing an underground reservoir space by beam/column blocks to reserve rainwater under the ground. SOLUTION: A block 1 is formed by removing semi-cylindrical or semi-elliptical columnar curved-face columns from four vertical planes of a rectangular parallelepiped within such a dimensional range that a column part is left at the center part horizontally over the entire width. A column member 3 is formed at the center part. Beam members 2 are formed on the upper and lower surfaces in the diagonal directions. The block is molded with a concrete, a cast steel, or a plastic.
