PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problems that: when a heating medium is diagonally sprayed to the corrugated surface of a conventional roof, wetting unevenness is likely to occur because of the presence of ridges as obstructions, and a heat radiation loss into the atmosphere is large because of the flying of particles in the open air. SOLUTION: In the implementation of heat exchange between the surface of a gentle gradient folded plate roof and a heating medium, strip members (1) are bonded to both inclined side surfaces of the ridge of the gentle gradient folded plate roof, so as to cover at least part of the same and to protrude upward from the upper surface of the ridge. Thus, protruding portions of the strips serve as banks, and a channel (2) is formed on the upper surface of the ridge in which the heating medium flows along the ridge. Therefore the slow movement of the heating medium discharged from a water spraying means on a channel upstream side into the channel keeps the heating medium to stay in the channel, and allows the heating medium to pass through orifices (3) formed in each protruding portion of the strip and to flow to the external surface of the strip. Then the heating medium flowing downward is further led via the inclined side surface of the ridge to a valley (6), and after reaching the valley, the heating medium flows in a direction crossing the valley to be drained along the valley.
