PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of a casing capable of easily changing the casing without impairing an internal wall material. SOLUTION: The mounting structure of the casing is so constituted that the internal wall material 4 is stuck on a framework forming member 3 placed along an opening internal circumference of a wall body 1 from an indoor side to arrange the end edge of the internal wall material 4 with the edge section of an opening plane inside of the framework forming member 3, casing mounting underlayer wood 7 is fixed to the framework forming member 3 with a screw from the opening plane inside to arrange an indoor side width plane of the casing mounting underlayer wood 7 with the surface of the internal wall material 4 in an approximately flush with each other and that a wooden casing 6 having an approximately L-shaped section equipped with a depth part 61 and a width part 62 is mounted to the opening internal circumference by adhering the back of the width part 62 to the indoor side width plane of the casing mounting underlayer wood 7 with an adhesive 8.
