PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means capable of dissipating either a blowing-up wind or a blowing wind without causing infiltration of rainwater in a tent stretched at a predetermined gradient over a scaffolding or the like built up at a site, or a general tent used as a rain shield or a sunshade. SOLUTION: In this sheet for the tent, the lower ends of sheet bands 1B, 1C on the upper side of a gradient are superposed on the upper ends of sheet bands 1C, 1D on the lower side of the gradient and arranged in parallel in the gradient direction, and the sheet band 1C in a predetermined part 12C between fixing lines is loosened with respect to the sheet bands 1B, 1D on the upper and lower sides of the gradient to form vent holes 20BC, 20CD. The respective sheet bands 1B, 1C, 1D are fixed at the fixing lines 10 in the gradient direction at predetermined spaces. A distance between the fixing lines 10 is 30-60 cm, and the dimension of the part 12C between the fixing lines of the loosened sheet band 1C is approximately 4/3 times the distance between the fixing lines.
