PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a basic technique imparting incombustibity to an organic polymer compound and improve many physical properties including infusible property and non-combustible property, super heat-resistant property by burning and carbonizing a material subjected to non-combustible treatment to obtain a compressed formed product and to provide infusible, non-combustible and super heat-resistant properties to a semi-burned material by operation applying non-combustible processing. SOLUTION: A method for making a natural fiber, cellulose, starch, carbohydrate and protein material non-combustible comprises permeating them with a treating liquid composed of polyaluminum chloride and water into those. A method for making dried body non-combustible comprises carrying out immersion treatment of an organic polymer compound having a hygroscopic property, a water-absorbing property, a solvent-swelling property or a cell structure or semi-burned carbonized animal protein with a noncombustible treating liquid composed of 55-70 pats wt. polyaluminum chloride, 30-45 pts.wt. ethanol preparation and 1-1.5 pats wt. methylene chloride.
