PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize and simplify a dust collector so as to be disposed near a dust rising place to thereby enhance dust collecting efficiency in an air purifying apparatus for handling dust rising in tunneling work using hydraulic working equipment, and to simplify the whole facility including the hydraulic working equipment and the dust collector to facilitate its handling and movement according to the progress of work while suppressing the rise of temperature inside a tunnel. SOLUTION: The air purifying apparatus in the tunnel recovers dust rising in tunneling work using the hydraulic working equipment, into a scrubber tank through a suction duct and discharges clean air separated from the dust, by a blower. A water scrubber type dust collector including the suction duct, the scrubber tank and the blower is mounted on a movable traveling truck, and piping for circulating and cooling an operating fluid of the hydraulic working equipment is provided in the scrubber tank.
