PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a woven fabric belt capable of obtaining long-lasting clear letters, etc., easily by providing the letters, etc., in the belt in a sewn-in state, also capable of improving the durability of the belt and also improving the designing property of the belt itself. SOLUTION: This woven fabric belt including a first narrow width woven fabric layer and a second ribbon-formed narrow width woven fabric layer laminated on the surface side of the first narrow width fabric layer and integrating them with each other by sewing up prescribed positions of both of the narrow width woven fabrics with a sewing thread is characterized by weaving the characters, etc., on the surface of the second narrow width woven fabric layer so as not to expose character threads on the reverse side of the first narrow width fabric layer. The first narrow width woven fabric layer has inside and outside woven fabric layers, both of the woven fabric layers are sewn-in with a sewing thread and also both end parts in the width direction of the second narrow width woven fabric layer are sewn-in with both end parts in the width direction of the first narrow width woven fabric layer with the sewing thread.
