PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seedling-transplanting device capable of decreasing preparation working load on switching a seedling table to its non-working posture. SOLUTION: In the seedling-transplanting device, joining member 23 joining the seedling table 17 with a transverse driving screw shaft 20, is composed of a first joining member 23A connected with the seedlings table 17 and a second joining member 23B connected with a screw shaft 20. An allowing mechanism C is composed of a hook-shaped slot 23a formed at the first joining member 23A and an engaging pin 23b provided at the second joining member 23B and engaging to the slot 23a.
