A decorating apparatus for event is provided to freely express pictures and motion pictures by detachably installing an arch-shaped connector having bulbs at an upper part of a supporter and installing an event display unit in front of a body. A decorating apparatus includes supporters(100,100') and a connector(200) connected with top ends of both sides of the supporters. A lower end of an intermediate body(20) is loaded into a first loading groove(11) which is formed at an upper part of a lower body(10). A lower end of an upper body(30) is loaded into a second loading groove which is formed at an upper part of the intermediate body. A lower end of the connector is inserted into a third loading groove(31) which is formed at an upper end of the upper body. A power cable is electrically connected to the lower body, the intermediate body, and the upper body by using a connector. The connector includes a connective body having a plurality of bulbs(220) and a celebration character display part(230).
