A wall water panel having a built-in insulating material is provided to prevent a pipe from being frozen to rupture in the wintertime by placing an insulating material in a buried box fixture, to construct an insulating material and to perform pipe arrangement work easily by making a structure simple and to cut down on construction expenses by connecting cold and hot water pipes effectively with the minimum flow line. The wall water panel having a built-in insulating material for supplying cold and hot water comprises a buried box fixture(10) provided with fastening rings suspended on reinforcing bars formed on a concrete wall, an insulating material(12) attached to the inside to cut off the heat of an external wall and fastening holes(13) formed on each corner, an extension member(20) coupled to the front of the buried box fixture and provided with many coupling holes(21) formed on the inner circumferential surface, many cold and hot water pipe holes(22) formed on the side to penetrate cold and hot water pipes, fastening holes(23) formed on each corner to screw with the fastening holes of the buried box fixture, an inner cover(30) coupled to the front of the extension member and provided with a window(31) formed to open the inside of the extension member, a border(32) projected along the border of the window, many assembly holes(33) formed on the border and coupling holes(34) formed on each corner to screw with the coupling holes of the extension member, and an open cover(40) coupled to the front of the inner cover and provided with a faucet hole(41) formed to the center to couple a faucet and assembly holes(42) formed to screw with the assembly holes of the inner cover.
