A concrete filled concave-convex steel plate circular structure is provided to extend the service life of a structure by preventing an inner concave-convex steel plate and an outer concave-convex steel plate from being projected in one direction by concrete pressure and standing the variation of impact force or load and to reduce the time and cost required for construction by constructing a circular structure easily. The concrete filled concave-convex steel plate circular structure comprises an inner concave-convex steel plate(10) formed to have concave parts(11) and convex parts(12), an outer concave-convex steel plate(10') formed in the same shape as the inner concave-convex steel plate which is turned over, a tie bar(20) inserted to through holes(13,13') of the inner concave-convex steel plate and the outer concave-convex steel plate and provided with threads(21,21') coupled with nuts(22,22') to keep the inner concave-convex steel plate and the outer concave-convex steel plate at a certain distance to prevent the movement of the inner and outer concave-convex steel plates, and concrete(30) filled in the space between the inner concave-convex steel plate and the outer concave-convex steel, wherein ribs(15) provided with rib heads(14) are coupled to the concave parts and the convex parts of the inner concave-convex steel plate and the outer concave-convex steel plate to prevent the inner concave-convex steel plate or the outer concave-convex steel plate from getting loose from the surface of the concrete after hardening the concrete filled, and one or more circular reinforcements(40) composed of vertical reinforcing bars(41) and horizontal reinforcing bars(42) are installed between the inner concave-convex steel plate and the outer concave-convex steel plate to increase the tensile strength of the concrete, thereby to obtain a stable structure.
